A program is a written answer to five questions.
What may be sold. To whom. Where. On what evidence. And what happens when a rule fails. A program is drafted with the sponsoring institution and its counsel, not offered off the shelf.
- Research-use-only peptides
- Research buyer verification, approved SKU lists tied to certificates of analysis, marketing claim controls, and chain of custody from supplier to delivery. Programs exclude compounding and prescription dispensing.
- Gaming and sweepstakes
- Age and identity verification, state-level geofencing, player limits, and an evidence trail for each control at the point it was applied.
- Other regulated commerce
- Program rules written for the products, buyers, locations, and transaction patterns of a specific vertical the institution has decided to open.
Where the rules come from
SentryFox does not hold a view on whether a category should be permitted. Counsel and the institution make that determination. The platform’s job is to state the resulting rules precisely enough to be enforced by software and audited afterward.
Where a program rests on a legal position, that position is documented and attributed rather than asserted, so the institution can see exactly what it is relying on.
